Helping you move from survival to living
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy for people who feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, childhood emotional wounds, or the lasting effects of difficult relationships.
Together, we'll help your mind and nervous system rediscover calm, resilience, and lasting change.
You don't have to keep carrying it all.
Perhaps you've spent years...
putting everyone else's needs before your own.
feeling responsible for keeping everything together.
overthinking every decision.
struggling to rest without feeling guilty.
working harder while feeling increasingly exhausted.
wondering why opportunities seem to remain just out of reach, despite knowing you're capable of more.
From the outside, your life may appear successful.
Inside, it can feel as though you're constantly bracing for something. You long for peace, yet your mind rarely switches off. You keep going because that's what you've always done, even when every part of you is asking for rest.
If this feels familiar, you're not broken. Your mind and body have simply learned ways of protecting you that may no longer be serving you.
And those patterns can change.
Why it feels this way
Many of the patterns that keep us feeling stuck began as ways of keeping us safe. They may have developed during childhood, through emotionally difficult relationships, prolonged stress, or experiences where being constantly alert felt necessary.
Over time, those protective patterns can remain long after the danger has passed, influencing how you think, feel, relate to others, and respond to everyday life.
Therapy creates the opportunity to gently update those patterns, helping your nervous system recognise that life has changed and making space for greater calm, confidence, connection, and freedom.
